In the Community

For more than 40 years, our law firm has served individuals and their families in the Florida Panhandle and across the Emerald Coast.

Wesley and McGrail are established names in the Florida legal community and our broader community. Because we are a small firm, our clients know that one of our trusted, experienced partner attorneys is personally attending to their case.

Our founding partner Woodburn S. Wesley Jr. has been an attorney in the Florida Panhandle since 1975. He obtained his law degree following service as a captain in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1972. Mr. Wesley is a former Florida Assistant State Attorney.

Attorney partner Michael V. McGrail leads our Social Security Disability practice, providing hands-on assistance and counsel to individuals suffering from disabilities. Mr. McGrail serves on the Board of Directors of Workforce Connection, Inc., and is a former president of the Okaloosa Walton Seminole Boosters.

Attorney partner John W. Wesley is a Florida Bar board-certified civil trial lawyer, a distinction granted to a very small percentage of the state's attorneys. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Children in Crisis, Inc., a nonprofit foster home neighborhood serving foster children from Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa and Escambia counties.
