Micheal Mcgrail, Karen, Lauren and Lynn are awesome. Whether I sent an email or called, I was always taken care of within minutes. Believe me, I felt like I was bothering them, but they always made me feel like I was the only client that needed a question answered. Mr. McGrail fought for my daughter and I for many years. He never gave up. I wouldn't be able to restart my life with my daughter if it wasn't for his help getting out of a domestic abusive marriage and settling all my medical. Even when my family gave up on me and pulled away all support, this man still fought for me and never gave up. I couldn't be happier and this man is the greatest advocate to the highest ability. Mr. John Wesley handled both my Work Comp and Disability claims it was a long journey over 2 years. Mr. John Wesley and Mr. Michael McGrail both are professional, knowledgeable and know their business especially when dealing with the Big Bad Insurance Companies that don't like to pay their claims. Mr. Wesley and Mr. McGrail are kind, caring, respectful and listen to their clients needs. They will fight for you and your family to get what you are owed from the Big Bad Insurance Company that doesn't like to pay for injuries that were caused by their policy holder. The entire office staff are very professional and caring. I was diagnosed with a massive brain tumor in May of 2020, at the height of Covid-19, and underwent a craniotomy for 7 1/2 hours to remove the tumor! I filed for disability and was denied twice over a period of one year and a half until I found Mr. McGrail!  I called him and explained my situation in detail and he was so understanding and took on my case!  I could really feel from our phone conversation he cared about me and all I had gone through!  After a few months of him helping me with my case I was finally awarded disability!  I was really frustrated with the entire disability process and mountains of paperwork on my own but, with Mr. McGrail on my side things went smoothly!  I trusted him completely!  I can’t thank him and his staff enough for all they did to help me.  I will highly recommend him to friends and family or anyone frustrated with the Social Security Disability process! I was injured on the job, but was having difficulty getting my injuries treated by the worker's comp insurance company of my employer.  After being ignored for weeks I called Michael McGrail and my problems began being solved.  He assured me that he would do all he could and things began progressing immediately.  The process did take several months because of the way the law is written, but he updated and reassured me throughout the process. Mr. McGrail not only helped me with my Worker's Comp case, but also my SSDI case!  I could not ask for a better attorney to work for me on these two cases! McGrail and staff were excellent from the very start for my workers comp case. I called shortly after my work injury because I was pretty much lost and scared as to what would happen next. They started by giving me free advice and laying out expectations as far as timelines and treatment were concerned. Afterwards they told me that if my dealings/treatment with my worker’s comp agency got to a certain point, to call them back and they would represent me. Sure enough, that time came, and I wasn't getting approved for surgery that was needed (and recommend by the doctors that workers comp had sent me to), so I called them back and they were right on the case. From that point until my settlement, they were nothing but kind, prompt, and (importantly) honest. With an attorney behind me, procedures and appointments were getting done more promptly and communication with workers comp now went through their office, so my stress levels went down a ton. When it came time for the settlement, McGrail laid out the numbers for me, told me the chances based on his previous cases and in the end left it up to me to make the final decision on the settlement amount. Attorney’s payment for workers comp cases come straight out of the settlement amount so there was no stress as far as wondering how I would pay him. I could not recommend McGrail more. Just give him a call and I promise that right away you will be put at ease! They are now counted among my friends and I am forever grateful for the help they provided me.

Mike McGrail helped me with my sons automobile accident by handling all the hospital claims and insurance which was no easy task. But for me, it was an extremely easy and stress-free experience. Why? Because the guy knows what he’s doing!! Mike’s a true professional and extremely smart, friendly, knowledgeable, and organized plus he’s a great communicator and can explain some pretty complicated processes in layman’s terms.
