Micheal Mcgrail, Karen, Lauren and Lynn are awesome. Whether I sent an email or called, I was always taken care of within minutes. Believe me, I felt like I was bothering them, but they always made me feel like I was the only client that needed a question answered. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who has been involved with a work place injury. Superb quality and always made me feel special.
